Good place to buy or check out paintings, accessaries and anything else that is carry-able size for cheap.
I have been there a couple of times and I actually bought two paintings from the Hongik University Student. By the way, Hongik University is known for Art School.
It's also entertaining watch events happening. (Usually a band performing)
It takes about 10~15 min from Hong Guesthouse(http://www.hostelseoulkorea.com/)
Make sure you ask me for a direction if you are interested going there.
